Double bolt clamps are attachments on Hoses that holds the hose to the barb Nipple .  They are preferable to be  use on a collapsible hoses ,bulk hoses and not on wire reinforced hydraulic hoses .Collapsible hoses has no wire reinforcement, they are usually soft in texture but the soft texture do not affect the hose quality.
A quality hose can have a soft texture while a faked hose can have a hard texture though the chemical combination are not the same.

Double bolt clamps are produced with steel ,brass and stainless steel materials.
Double bolt clamps does not come in aluminum rather it comes in any of the above.

They are mostly used on low hydraulic pressure Hoses ranging from 75psi to 150psi. The double bolt clamps should not be used where there is constant vibration.
